You will lead content calendars, create platform-appropriate copy and assets, and collaborate with global teams to ensure a best-in-class presence across all channels. The role requires extensive social experience, golf passion, and ability to work with cross-functional teams including paid social and customer care.

Qualifications

• Golf enthusiasm and expert-level knowledge of the sport.
• Strong understanding of social media features and trends.
• Ability to craft narratives for a global golf audience.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Experience working with international teams to maintain brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global social content calendar aligned with integrated marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Curate compelling content, develop assets, craft platform-appropriate copy, and publish posts across major channels.
• Collaborate on monthly social plans supporting go-to-market, eCommerce, and brand initiatives.
• Support real-time content creation, including video editing and social-first storytelling, and amplify Team TaylorMade moments.
• Provide weekend coverage capturing timely athlete highlights and achievements.
• Support the paid social strategy, including creating and implementing paid Meta ads.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team for cross-functional alignment.
• Own the social care experience by managing customer inquiries via the community tool.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
