Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted social media strategy tailored to hyperlocal audiences in U.S. markets across various social media platforms.
Manage the external social media firm to deliver on landscape monitoring, audits, paid social campaigns, and community communications across channels.
Review and approve copy, visual assets, and engagement strategies to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
Ensure all social media activations align with Google's narratives around innovation, affordability, environmental protection, and community benefits.
Establish KPIs and sentiment metrics with the agency, using real-time data to optimize social strategies and report insights to leadership.
