Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A for Global DTC & Social Commerce to lead the financial strategy across eCommerce, TikTok Shop, and social platforms. You will partner with the Global Head of DTC, oversee forecasting, margin management, and the weekly operating model, and collaborate with media, affiliates, and performance marketing to align investments with sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep experience in eCommerce and DTC financial management; TikTok Shop/social commerce exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Head of DTC to own P&L, growth agenda, and strategic roadmap.
• Lead a global FP&A team, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and actual reporting for the global DTC business.
• Manage cadence of weekly operating model, KPIs, and performance reviews for the channel.
• Build financial models to improve forecast accuracy and support investment decisions.
