Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc. is seeking an experienced SIOP leader to manage monthly planning cycles, aligning demand forecasts with supply and inventory targets to optimize availability and working capital.

You will lead cross-functional teams across internal functions and suppliers, driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. Required are 10+ years in supply chain planning and strong knowledge of ERP, planning tools, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Master's degree or APICS/ASCM cert preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain planning, inventory, operations, procurement, or SIOP/S&OP leadership required.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning in multi-site or complex environments
• Proficient with ERP, planning tools, dashboards, supplier management, and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle, establish standards and decision rights across growth plans, service expectations, and supplier performance.
• Translate demand signals, account plans, market trends, and forecasts into supply chain actions.
• link demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, replenishment, and inventory targets to optimize availability and working capital.
• Maintain SIOP dashboards and scorecards, monitor metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with ownership and dates.
• Facilitate alignment across internal functions and external suppliers, influence decisions with data.
