Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, seeks a SIOP Supply Planning Manager. You will align production capacity, material availability, inventory, and demand across the global business, ensuring inventory targets, schedule compliance, and service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in supply chain planning in manufacturing, and strong ERP/BI tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning and SIOP/S&OP in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in managing supply planning professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly SIOP Supply Review, including capacity planning and demand-supply alignment.
• Drive supply chain improvements to resolve imbalances and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain 18-month rolling inventory and shipment projections.
• Manage planning master data, time fences, safety stock, lead times.
• Lead, coach, and grow the supply planning team.
• Collaborate across functions to strengthen planning processes and governance.
