Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, SIOP to own the 18-month consensus demand and supply plan for the assigned business units. You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with revenue goals, and drive improvements in forecasting and capacity management across global stakeholders.

You will lead the SIOP process, prepare reviews, and present escalations to executive leadership. Strong communication and Excel/SAP/ Kinaxis skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in supply chain/operations (S&OP, forecasting, planning).
• MBA or master’s degree in business preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP cycle for the assigned business units.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align demand and supply plans with business goals.
• Identify gaps and present scenarios for executive review and decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models, capacity planning and master scheduling.
