Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Senior Manager, SIOP Supply Planning to lead the strategic and long‑range supply planning across its manufacturing network. You will own the integrated supply plan, capacity framework and governance, partnering with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to enable proactive decision making.

The role is strategic and requires building forward‑looking models, translating demand into supply, and driving risk management to support business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning, SIOP/S&OP/IBP, or related fields.
• Experience translating demand into capacity and inventory plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling SIOP supply plan aligning demand, inventory and service goals.
• Design and govern enterprise capacity planning across critical resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams and present scenarios to senior leadership.
• Ensure new product introductions and changes are incorporated into plans.
