• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and products.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight activities and collaborate with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare international/national ship packet documentation.
• Schedule truck pick-ups and inbound deliveries.
• Prepare documentation to comply with customs standards.
• Create product certificates and trade agreements.
• Handle freight quotes, BOL/LOA requests and customs forms.
• Work with non-stock orders and return orders.
• Perform related tasks and special projects as needed.
