C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage inbound and outbound shipments, weigh materials, and generate settlements for suppliers. The role requires bilingual Spanish-English, precise data entry, and strong communication.

On-site work is in Illinois with exposure to multiple warehouses and coordinated logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and maintain high quality under minimal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual Spanish-English required.
• High accuracy in data entry with minimal errors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
• Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.
• Answer supplier concerns as they arise.
• Ensure correct labels on inbound material.
• Organize and file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and perform quality control.
• Prepare packing list and invoice to customer.
• Coordinate with shipping team about outbound materials.
• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.
