• Process orders, returns, and fulfill domestic and international small freight orders with accuracy.
• Prioritize orders to meet established timelines and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assemble shipments with invoices, origin certificates, and other documents; coordinate with carriers.
• Monitor inventory, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory control.
• Work with Account Manager, Tech Services, brokers, and customers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Maintain country-specific shipping records and billing accuracy.
• Review billing statements and coordinate with carriers to resolve discrepancies.
