Job summary

Nova-Tech Engineering in Willmar, MN is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Specialist to manage domestic and international small freight orders. You will assemble shipments, prepare invoices and origin certificates, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in shipping or logistics, strong organization, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in shipping, logistics or order fulfillment.
Experience processing domestic and international orders.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
Ability to navigate complex international shipping regulations in 70+ countries.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal) skills in English.
Strong customer service and vendor relationship building skills.
Ability to solve practical problems independently.
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple demands, and maintain attention to detail in a deadline oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international small freight orders.
Ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
Assemble shipments with invoices, certificates of origin, and other documents; coordinate with carriers.
Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Maintain shipping records and country-specific requirements.
Review billing statements and resolve discrepancies with carriers.
