Job summary

NOVUS is seeking a logistics professional to manage exports, railcar inventory, and Order-to-Cash processes across North America. You will coordinate carriers, monitor shipments, and ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately to support timely invoicing.

This role requires 2+ years in supply chain, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required to support physical inventories and audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related supply chain experience in a multinational corporation.
• Knowledge of logistics solutions, order fulfillment, and import/export regulations.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task on complex projects under pressure.
• Detailed analytical skills to advance logistics opportunities.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills with logistics contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrier selection and management of all exports from the Houston warehouse.
• Monitor container status via carrier portals and ensure timely ETA delivery.
• Execute order fulfillment and SAP transaction processes accurately.
• Create and maintain third-party POs and sales orders to support the Order-to-Cash process.
• PGI all orders daily to ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain railcar inventory levels across 10 locations in the USA and Mexico.
• Prepare Canadian customs paperwork for driver deliveries.
• Address internal/external customer complaints to maintain service levels.
• Review monthly scorecards with logistics providers and drive improvements.
