Novus International is seeking a skilled logistics specialist to manage exports from the Houston warehouse and negotiate ocean freight contracts. The role supports SAP-based cost control, KPI reporting, and timely export documentation to ensure compliance and smooth customer service.

The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain inventories, and travel as needed to support audits and inventory counts at the Houston facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain within a multinational company.
• Knowledge of logistics solutions, order fulfillment, foreign trade and import/export regulations.
• Proficient in SAP applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier selection and export shipments from Houston warehouse.
• Lead ocean freight negotiations with transport providers.
• Publish and review monthly global supply chain KPI's with stakeholders and address issues.
• Ensure timely preparation of export documents and compliance.
• Maintain SAP freight cost tables and advise on quotes and transit times.
• Travel to support audits and inventories as needed.
