Job summary

Johnstech is seeking an Inventory Clerk to handle shipping/receiving and support inventory control in Minneapolis, MN. You will pick, pack, and ship products domestically and internationally, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate ERP entries in AX.

This role also backs up the Inventory Coordinator as needed. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, strong attention to detail, basic Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 25-50 lbs).
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship products domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate with carriers and customs for shipments.
• Register production data in AX ERP and reserve items.
• Back up Inventory Coordinator and process inventory adjustments.
• Conduct biweekly/quarterly cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize physical and digital inventory locations.
