Job summary

The position requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience in shipping or inventory a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook); ERP/MRP systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and ability to work with numbers.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to lift and move materials (25–50 lbs).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship products domestically and internationally; back up Inventory Coordinator.
• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, and U.S. CBP; handle up to 50 lb boxes.
• Register production line information in the AX ERP system; reserve sales orders.
• Manage international shipments and customs paperwork; ensure compliance.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Create stock orders and replenish low inventory; assist buyers.
