Nova Biomedical is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to verify, package, and ship domestic and international orders. You will generate shipping documentation, coordinate with freight carriers, and ensure accurate picking with scanners and automated systems.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory put-away, and maintaining FIFO practices. Candidates should have 2 years of warehousing experience, strong English, and good organizational skills. Hybrid options may apply at some sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehousing, shipping/receiving, delivery or related work.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Pick international and domestic customer orders using handheld scanners and automated picking system.
• Generate bill of lading for truck shipments and record seal numbers.
• Package orders to ensure safe and damage-free shipment.
• Load shipments with freight carriers and coordinate pickups.
• Perform cycle counts and location audits.
