Job summary

Leading Technology Composites, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping and logistics processes. The role requires coordinating shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations.

You will work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience in shipping, logistics, and import/export administration, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export administration.
• Familiarity with shipping software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations.
• U.S. citizenship and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process shipments: Create shipping labels, pack lists, advance shipping notifications, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Manage documentation: Maintain shipping records, invoices, bills of lading, packing lists and certificates of origin for both domestic and international shipments.
• Customs and compliance: Assist with customs clearances, export/import documentation, and ensure adherence to government regulations and company policies
• Communication and coordination: Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve shipping issues and provide updates
• Inventory and supply management: Monitor shipping supplies, assist with restocking, and track inventory levels
• Reporting and performance tracking: Prepare regular reports, monitor KPIs and support process improvement initiatives.
• Problem-Solving: Address delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments and participate in corrective actions.
