Job summary

What Goes Around Comes Around LLC in Jersey City is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our fast-paced vintage luxury team. You will report to the Senior Manager of Shipping and coordinate carrier schedules, resolve transportation issues, and enter data into our ERP/EDI system while supporting our Wholesale department to resolve customer problems.

Essential duties include creating export documents for overseas shipments, tracking orders, printing bills of lading, reconciling inventory,

Qualifications

3+ years experience in shipping and logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with international shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Inventory management experience.
Knowledge of EDI setup and docs.

Responsibilities

Create export documents for overseas shipments (customs invoices, NAFTA, commercial invoices, pro forma).
Troubleshoot data consistency across merchant, vendor, operations and inventory systems.
Schedule trucks for pickup with customers.
Track shipments and communicate service issues promptly.
Identify issues and update teams on shipment progress.
Print bills of lading, PODs, and master bills.
Reconcile inventory and shipping discrepancies.
Assist with loading/unloading and order shipping supplies.
Record all transactions daily.
