Job summary

PSG California, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Shipping Expeditor to coordinate domestic and international shipments from our Grand Terrace facility. You will liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate export documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with export paperwork and ERP systems, plus MS Office proficiency. This is a full-time onsite role with comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Export shipping documentation experience required.
• Shipping international shipments experience required.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers required.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of expedites and hot order shipments daily.
• Generate and review export paperwork for accuracy for multiple countries.
• Provide domestic and international freight quotes to the Customer Service Team.
• File AES, EEI and BOL documents and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments.
