Job summary

PSG California is seeking a Shipping Expeditor to coordinate and expedite export and domestic shipments. The role requires strong documentation skills, experience with international shipping, and close collaboration with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.

You will prepare export paperwork, track orders, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting a fast-paced logistics operation at Grand Terrace facility.

Qualifications

• Export shipping experience and ability to prepare international documents.
• Experience with exporting shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of expedites and hot order shipments each day.
• Investigating, coordinating with departments, and ensuring shipments leave on time.
• Providing domestic and international freight quotes to the Customer Service Team.
• Filing claims for missing shipments and damages with carriers.
• Assist with posting export paperwork and AES filings as needed.
• Generate export paperwork: FI, CI, SLI, Packing List; audit weights/HTS.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and ensure documentation accuracy.
