Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience handling ocean or air export functions.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• PC literate with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer shipments.
• Monitor shipments daily, ensure data accuracy, and report non-conformances.
• Prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading for ocean exports; coordinate outbound freight.
• Establish rates with third-party carriers; knowledge of Letters of Credit is a plus.
