Job summary

Miura Boiler is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator to manage cross‑border shipments, coordinating export/import for finished goods and spare parts with sister companies and overseas customers.

You will handle orders by ocean, ground, and air, create export documents, maintain ERP inventory, and ensure on‑time fulfillment while complying with regulatory requirements. This role is in‑office, Monday‑Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years international shipping and compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for ocean, ground, and air shipments.
• Create export documents, packing lists, bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Coordinate freight and crating quotes; schedule overseas shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory in ERP and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Communicate deadlines and updates to internal teams and customers.
