Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to accurately prepare, review and maintain shipping documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve documentation or order discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal departments and external transportation partners.
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process domestic and international shipments via ground, air, and ocean transportation.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and maintain shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, dangerous goods docs).
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse teams.
• Schedule material movements between facility and off-site warehouses.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping docs to carriers and forwarders.
• Monitor shipment processing and resolve issues delaying deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping records per procedures.
• Prepare export docs for international shipments per destination rules.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and handling of hazardous materials.
