Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTS codes and product classification for customs and duties.
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export/import docs as required.
• Proficient with carrier portals for label creation, tracking, and rate comparison.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and packaging.
• Create and manage shipments through DHL, UPS, and FedEx portals, track packages, and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required documents for international shipments.
• Apply HTS codes to products for customs clearance and accurate classification.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and customs brokers to resolve delays or documentation issues.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verify against PO/packing slips, and route to storage or showroom.
