Experience using an ERP or inventory management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify international shipping paperwork (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, customs declarations).
Ensure shipments comply with global trade regulations to avoid delays.
Safely operate forklifts and handle hazardous materials per guidelines.
Process domestic and international shipments; verify against POs and inspect freight for damage.
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal customers; log inventory movements.
