Job summary

You will work with customer portals, ASNs, and SAP to process transactions and maintain freight records while ensuring export compliance. Ideal candidates have experience in logistics or shipping in a manufacturing setting, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and knowledge of incoterms and export controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience preparing bills of lading, packing lists and commercial invoices.
• Familiarity with export requirements and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Generate packing lists for QOH parts and issue BOL, packing lists and invoices.
• Enter ASNs for shipments and maintain BOL records and freight contracts.
• Process SAP transactions and assist with outside work transactions as needed.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and ensure compliance with export rules.
