The Receiving Shipping Stock Coordinator is involved in the day-to-day coordination of receiving and shipping activities, both nationally and internationally. He ensures the smooth running of logistics operations, the respect of deadlines and the compliance of shipments and receipts, while offering an excellent service to internal and external customers.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Plan, organize and optimize transport (customers, subcontractors, warehouses)
• Prepare and validate shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and manage priorities with agility
• Coordinate the acceptance of components
• Maintain the accuracy of quantity of the Stock in inventory
• Collaborate closely with internal and client teams (production, purchasing, customer service)
• Manage returns of goods
