Job summary

Indra Air Traffic is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to support domestic and international shipping activities for air traffic technology and aerospace programs. Responsibilities include preparing, validating, and tracking shipment documentation while coordinating with compliance teams, freight forwarders, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure shipments are complete and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, international business, or related field.
• 2+ years in shipping, logistics, export documentation, freight coordination, or related admin function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Experience with Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists/Notes, AWBs, BOLs, SLIs, and AES documentation preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SharePoint folders for each shipment.
• Draft and validate Packing Notes and supporting shipment documentation.
• Prepare and validate Commercial Invoices for shipments.
• Audit and validate HS codes and identify discrepancies.
• Request, track, and expedite End User Undertakings and other docs.
• Draft Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI) and ensure completeness.
• Consolidate and file all shipping docs for audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with Compliance and freight forwarders for approvals and issues.
• Obtain and manage Air Way Bills (AWB) and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Communicate shipment status with internal teams and customers.
