Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance to lead the global FP&A function and partner with executive leadership. You will own financial models, drive forecasting processes, and align finance with strategic initiatives across the company.

You will manage a growing FP&A team, partner with business leaders, and deliver board-ready plans and insightful analytics to enable rapid decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• CPA, CMA, CFA or equivalent professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance within a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the company-wide FP&A model and operating plan.
• Lead a growing FP&A team and integrate finance with business units.
• Partner with senior leaders to inform decisions with financial analytics and KPI dashboards.
• Develop multi-year plans, board-ready materials, and critical financial analyses.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP, planning tools, and reporting platforms.
