Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Services Strategy & Operations leader to own two or three high-stakes initiatives from framing to implementation. You will define the problem, build the case, align teams, and ship change while carrying real operating responsibility.

You will own our AI and self-service strategy, lead the team transforming post‑sales customer experience, and help launch new capabilities that strengthen our reputation for best-in-class support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, business or revenue operations, strategy, chief of staff roles, or operating roles at a fast-growing hardware or tech company.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and drive impact from framing to results.
• Ability to build long-term roadmaps and handle technical escalations to resolution.
• Strong quantitative skills; able to model trade-offs and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own two or three high-stakes initiatives from framing to implementation and change management.
• Run day-to-day execution for a team with KPIs, headcount decisions, and weekly cadence.
• Build analysis, pull data, model trade-offs, and present a clear recommendation.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Supply Chain, and Systems without formal authority.
• Represent Services in executive forums, document analysis, and respond to questions.
