Job summary
Rubrik is seeking a Services Engineering Leader to drive lifecycle development of Professional Services offerings across its product portfolio. You will design, package and launch scalable services, bridging product strategy with field execution and reporting to the Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in Service NPI, PS productization, or solution engineering in a global SaaS/enterprise setting.
- Proven track record turning complex enterprise services into scalable offerings.
- Ability to influence across Product, Engineering and Field teams at executive level.
- Experience presenting to VP-level leadership and driving strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, data management, cloud or cyber frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings and playbooks.
- Align product strategy with service packaging, deployment frameworks and best practices.
- Drive lifecycle management, refresh portfolio based on field feedback and trends.
- Collaborate with Global Practice Leaders and Field Delivery to ensure viability and delivery artifacts.
- Partner with GTM teams to provide clear service scopes and value propositions.
