Job summary

HMH is seeking a Global Services Intern in Houston/Odessa, TX to support service offerings, customer experience programs, and automation tools within our global team.

Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Graduate degree (Business or Mechanical Engineering preferred) with a minimum 3.0 GPA, good communication and analytical skills, and a strong work ethic. The internship runs 12 weeks (May 24 – August 13, 2027) with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.

As a Global Services Intern, you will:
  • Service offerings through efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist with programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Configure account structures across the service applications.
  • Configure process automation tools to support key business metrics.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college; Business or Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • No relocation assistance provided.
  • Internship is 12 weeks, May 24 - August 13, 2027.
