Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a growth architect to bridge market reality, data infrastructure, and executive strategy. You will leverage AI tools to automate insight generation and support product planning.

You will build predictive decision engines and dashboards, quantify ROI of new features, and collaborate with RevOps, Data Science, and Strategic Finance to drive high-margin innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, STEM, or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst, financial analyst, strategy analyst, or in a product growth/management consulting role within SaaS or high-growth tech environments

Responsibilities

• Write production-grade code to build data pipelines and provide portfolio updates.
• Architect Sense-Decide-Act-Learn loops, using agent-driven AI to automate data synthesis.
• Develop ad-hoc cost-benefit analyses, SKU attach rates, and competitive assessments for planning.
• Democratize intelligence by enabling self-service AI and natural language data access for non-technical users.
• Define KPIs and ensure data governance across platforms; build scalable dashboards for visibility into feature usage and cloud cost drivers.
• Quantify ROI of new feature opportunities and anticipate market shifts with predictive models.
