Motorola Solutions seeks an analytical growth architect to bridge market reality, data infrastructure, and executive strategy. You will operate at the intersection of Product Development, Sales Operations (RevOps), Data Science, and Strategic Finance, turning data into strategic foresight.

In this role, you will move beyond retrospective reporting, designing automated decision engines and predictive models, and building scalable dashboards that illuminate feature usage and cloud cost drivers for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, STEM or related field.
• 2–4 years as data/financial/strategy analyst in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Experience with SaaS or high-growth tech environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge market reality, data infrastructure and executive strategy with data-driven insights.
• Build automated strategic foresight and predictive decision engines.
• Develop data pipelines and production-grade code for portfolio performance updates.
• Create scalable dashboards to visualize feature usage and cloud cost drivers.
