Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Intern to build a predictive supply chain risk tool. You will combine internal metrics with external data to forecast disruptions and design models for risk scoring and forecasting.

Use Python or R, and Power BI or Tableau to create dashboards for planners and stakeholders. Progress through data integration, model development, and effective communication of insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• Graduation date not later than Dec 2029.
• Strong data analytics and Excel experience.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate internal metrics with external market data to forecast supply chain risk.
• Design and validate predictive ML models for risk scoring and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards to communicate insights to planners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document model logic and accuracy benchmarks.
• Support market research and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
