Motorola Solutions is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Intern - Supply Resilience to develop a predictive supply chain risk tool. You will integrate internal metrics with external market data and design ML models to forecast disruptions.

Using Python/R and BI dashboards, you will translate model outputs into actionable insights for planners and stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in a global, people-first culture.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field
Graduation date not later than Dec.2029
Power BI or Tableau for user interface creation
Python or R with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy
Analytical problem-solving, independent initiative, ability to translate data into insights
Understanding of logistics, lead times, procurement dynamics, and risk factors

Responsibilities

Data Integration & Pipeline Development: ingest and harmonize internal supply chain metrics with external market data
AI/ML Model Development: design, train, and validate predictive models for risk and bottlenecks
Tool & Interface Creation: build a prototype/dashboard or embed outputs into a tool for planners
Market Research & Feature Engineering: analyze macro-market trends to improve model accuracy
Documentation & Communication: present model logic and insights to stakeholders
