Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Service Project Coordinator for the Lockport, Louisiana area to coordinate large-engine service projects, warranty, and financial reporting. The role requires collaboration with Service Managers, Finance, and engineering teams, with up to 50% travel to global customer sites.

On-site hybrid work is expected at Lockport when not traveling. The candidate will manage invoicing, approvals, and documentation for government contracts and internal projects, driving timely

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of experience in service project coordination or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in service project coordination or related fields.
• Master's degree in Business/Engineering Tech or JD/PhD.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and financial execution of large-engine service projects, including labor tracking, invoicing, quotations, purchase requests, parts management, tooling records, and project documentation.
• Manage warranty and WIP activities by tracking claims and supporting failure analysis processes.
• Analyze project financial data, revenue projections, and controlling reports to support decisions.
• Support government contracts and customer projects by coordinating documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate actions with Service Managers, Engineering, Finance, and global stakeholders to improve service execution.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% to customer sites; on-site in Lockport, LA when travel is not required.
