Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Service Project Coordinator for a hybrid onsite position in Lockport, Louisiana. You will support large-engine service projects by coordinating warranty activities, financial reporting, invoicing, and contract requirements with Service Managers and Finance teams.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, service, and operations, and offers travel up to 50% to global customer sites. A relevant degree and experience in project coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree with relevant experience in service project coordination.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency; able to work without sponsorship.
• Experience in warranty administration, project administration, or government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin and financial execution of large-engine service projects (labor tracking, invoicing, quotations, purchase requests, parts, tooling, documentation).
• Manage warranty and work-in-progress by tracking claims and coordinating resolution.
• Analyze project financial data, revenue projections, and reporting for decision making.
