Job summary

Ott is seeking a Global Service Lifecycle Specialist to bridge product strategy, operations, and customer success. You’ll manage and optimize launched service offerings, lead EOL transitions, and ensure profitable, seamless service throughout the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regional Operations, while traveling ~10–15% internationally. This hybrid role is based in Loveland/Fort Collins, CO and offers growth within a global water

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B service operations, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or technical support.
• Strong project management, data analysis, problem-solving, and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Service Lifecycle Ownership: Manage and optimize launched global service offerings to maximize customer value, efficiency, and performance.
• End-of-Life (EOL) & Parts Management: Lead EOL service transitions, plan last-time-buy spare parts, ensure warranty and support obligations.
• Pricing & Portfolio Governance: Administer global service pricing updates, maintain ERP configuration, and ensure cross-functional communication.
• Partner Network Enablement: Train and audit Authorized Service Centers, provide operational collateral and onboarding.
• Voice of the Customer: Gather feedback to resolve service challenges and refine SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Use Kaizen to integrate service requirements into product roadmaps.
