Ott, part of Veralto, is seeking a Director, Technical Sales & Enablement to lead a team of applications specialists and field experts focused on hydrology and water monitoring. You will partner with sales, deliver training, and shape technical strategies for sizable opportunities across national and international markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in water resources, water monitoring, environmental instrumentation, or a closely related technical-commercial field.
• 7+ years of experience leading and developing technical, applications, presales, or other customer-facing teams.
• System-level knowledge of monitoring solutions, sensors, data loggers, telemetry, and data workflows.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight and international travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of applications specialists and technical experts, providing direction and professional development.
• Review strategic opportunities with sales leaders to assess requirements and develop solution strategies.
• Partner with sellers on customer engagements, applying hydrology and integrated solutions knowledge.
• Conduct funnel and pipeline reviews to align technical resources with growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver technical training that improves seller capabilities and customer engagement.
• Support distributors and channel partners with guidance and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Service, and Operations to reflect customer needs in priorities.
