Job summary

Global Water Center seeks a Technical Services Program Manager to deliver engineering-based support and training across a global partner network. The role involves leading projects end to end, managing scope, schedule, and budget while building strong relationships with NGOs, governments, and utilities.

The position is remote (US- or Canada-based) or hybrid with optional office space in CHS, SC, and requires ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; P.E. certification preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• 2+ years in low- and middle-income countries preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with solar-powered water systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support services and mentorship to water sector partners.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical services projects across countries and time zones.
• Develop monitoring frameworks and support impact measurement with the Director of TS.
• Build relationships with partner organizations and pursue growth opportunities.
• Deliver online courses and in-person training as needed.
