Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee global network operations, planning, development, and evaluation, ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality network service aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

You will manage a remote technical field team in a complex Agile environment, drive service improvement through data‑driven decisions, coordinate QBRs and SLA management, and mentor staff to ensure rapid onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a remote technical field team in a complex agile environment.
• Strong understanding of CSI, ITSM, Lean Six Sigma and 5S.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand routers, switches, routing protocols and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with risk management and service improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage service reviews (QBRs, SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of service to ensure delivery of an effective quality Network Operational service.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams; recruit and onboard staff within 60 days.
• Conduct periodic service reviews with stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Coordinate SLA adherence and escalation management.
• Mentor and train staff to develop service knowledge and professional growth.
