Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Ops Manager to oversee global data center operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage day-to-day delivery across multiple sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate projects, and ensure customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction through strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including routers, switches, dynamic routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and systems development, particularly through automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in managing change control processes and conducting maintenance activities in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and successful completion of data center and network installation projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors; coordinate project lifecycle communications.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials; establish and implement quality control to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and opportunities for cost savings; prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership.
