Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Technical Project Manager to coordinate data center infrastructure projects and managed services activities across multiple locations. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal technical teams, client project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with IT infrastructure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, data center operations, managed services, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational activities.
• Strong understanding of data center environments, IT infrastructure, and service delivery models.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project & Site Activity Management across multiple data center locations.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues.
• Coordinate implementation activities, maintenance windows, and service delivery initiatives.
• Track LOE and resource allocation across workstreams.
• Maintain headcount tracking and forecasting for operational needs.
• Develop risk/issue logs and mitigation plans.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly status reports and dashboards.
