Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MarTech program delivery across marketing automation, CDPs, and analytics, onshore and offshore.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and governance.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans, resource models, and sprint cadences for global teams.
• Collaborate with architects and leads to ensure builds match design, flagging scope/timeline concerns early.
• Lead cross-functional teams across time zones and manage RAID and go-live readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to account growth through new opportunities.
