Job summary

SR Staffing seeks a Vice President, Global Service & Customer Operations to lead the worldwide service organization for advanced technology products. You will oversee field service, technical support, warranty administration, and customer escalations, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience leading global service organizations across industrial or tech sectors, delivering service excellence, and driving reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or related discipline.
• Master's degree, MBA, or relevant certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in field service, after-sales support, technical operations, customer success, warranty management, or related functions.
• 5+ years leading regional, multi-site, or global service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global service strategy aligned with deployments and growth.
• Build and scale regional service organizations and networks across geographies.
• Establish service level standards, escalation procedures, and workforce planning.
• Drive improvements in service responsiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee field service, diagnostics, repairs, and return-to-service activities.
• Own warranty administration and service case management processes.
• Lead executive engagement and Voice of the Customer programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations on improvements.
