Job summary

DISHER seeks a Vice President of Field Service & Quality Operations to design a Quality Operating System and oversee post-sale service activities across U.S. business units. You will unify installation, warranty resolution, technical support, spare parts, and customer care under a strategic quality program.

You will lead a global, multi-functional team, set KPIs, manage budgets, and drive a data-driven, proactive customer service transformation with extensive cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• A college degree in engineering or related field is required; graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in related industries with at least 5 years leading multi-functional teams.
• Experience designing and implementing a Quality Operating System or continuous improvement framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Quality Operating System (QOS) across field service, spare parts, after-sales, and customer care.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for global service operations.
• Lead continuous improvement with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global leaders to align quality standards across business units.
• Oversee budgeting, contractor management, and service programs; drive a proactive service culture.
