Job summary

AMETEK's MOCON division is seeking a Director, Global Service & Aftermarket to lead a worldwide service organization within analytical instrumentation. The role focuses on service excellence, customer experience, and the performance of a global aftermarket network.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, driving P&L growth, and building a high‑performing team across regions and distributors. Travel up to 50% is expected to support a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive global leadership experience in aftermarket, service operations, or after-sales management within industrial, analytical, or electronic instrumentation sectors.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations (preferred).
• Experience leading large-scale service transformations with global standardization and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global aftermarket strategy aligned with growth and customer experience objectives.
• Lead transformation of the global service organization into a scalable, customer-centric, revenue-generating function.
• Standardize processes, quality systems, safety protocols, and service tools across locations.
• Improve service efficiency and product reliability by reducing repair cycle time and elevating field performance metrics.
• Oversee global KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Champion Voice of Customer (VOC) to drive product and service improvements.
• Optimize inventory, parts availability, forecasting, and supply-chain coordination.
• Lead global aftermarket P&L and drive profitable growth through pricing and new offerings.
• Build, mentor, and develop a global aftermarket team including distributors.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, EHS, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain.
