Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, product development, software development, or R&D.
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams and delivering complex new product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmap.
• Lead global engineering teams for new product development, sustaining engineering, and operations.
• Drive innovation and oversee development of analytical instrumentation, measurement technologies, and software.
