You will drive global engineering excellence, accelerate new product development, enhance performance, and build scalable capabilities across the analyzer product portfolio.

In this senior role, you will manage budgets, portfolios, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to deliver on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in engineering, product development, software, or R&D.
• Experience leading global teams delivering complex hardware and software NPD programs.
• Strong design for manufacturability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead global teams for new product development, sustaining engineering, and operations.
• Drive innovation across instrumentation, measurement technologies, and software.
• Manage lifecycle and ensure quality, reliability, and customer value.
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmaps and tech strategy.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and metrics across teams.
• Oversee budgets, portfolios, and resource allocation.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
